Home Selling Process
1. PREPARE FOR YOUR HOME SALE
I will discuss with you and evaluate your need. After the discussion and previewing your home, set the right price. And we will also discuss the marketing plan which would work the best for your house. I will have a professional photographer take the pictures of your house too.
2. MARKETING
After your home is listed, I will implement a customized marketing plan and show your house to Potential Buyers and Agents. I will share the feedback and make adjustment if need.
3. NEGOTIATION
When you receive offers, I will negotiate with the buyer's agent on behalf of you. I will provide you the information you need to make the best decision.
4. ESCROW AND CLOSING
When you reach an agreement with a Buyer, I will prepare timeline for you and explain your rights and responsibilities. I will support your escrow process, inspection process and all to the closing.
